Two of these were broken when they arrived. They had snapped across the top and were in two pieces. The third was cracked but usable with some packing tape holding it together.

I bought a 10-pack.1. The shorter dimension of the lip is about 1 1/8" (closer to 1 than 1.2).2. They are NOT clear; they're milky white.3. The 10 came overlapping each other in a tight box, and the top two had already cracked at their apex.4. They are not rigid; there's a little bending at the apex that was noticeable when placing a book on the lip.5. They hold mass market paperbacks, less-than-1.1"-thick hardcovers, and DVD sets. I'd think I'd only be worried about them handling taller, thin & dense hardcovers.

Great for using at an event like a celebration of life to display framed photos of the loved one. Will get further use by a writer in the family to display their books at book signings.I'm a retired librarian and wish I'd had these nice book display racks for the library back then.
