The cuff to my ankle is solid and it helps with walking straight as well as lifting when I’m at the gym. Amazing I highly recommend, make sure to check for an accurate sizing. These were perfect for me to wear with heels that I had bought. The straps were too loose. Definitely recommend.

I lost the straps on a pair of shoes and ordered these to replace them. Color was good, sizing was good and the saved me from throwing away a pair of good shoes.
