This dog door is fantastic! It is made a really strong material and I believe it hold up well against the elements. I love the fact that it has three flaps. I can definitely tell a difference, especially going through the winter that it helps prevent the extra cold air from coming in. The only downfall with the three flaps is that it is too heavy for my little Chihuahua to use. We still have to let her out using our sliding door, which is kind of annoying, but she wants to go out a lot less than our beagle. The lock feature is great as we cover the door every night to prevent animals or other creatures from coming in or even to prevent theft. Our beagle has absolutely no issue going in and out. It was easy to install. I think it is reasonably priced for the quality you get. I would definitely recommend this door to anyone in the market for a good quality dog.

Purchased this in December as we were in need of a replacement dog door. The installation was simple enough, we just had to do some modifications as our previous door was a little smaller.Unfortunately after 2 months, with the frigid -30 weather we have in Canada, the outside flap broke off. Kinda no surprise with rubber and -35 winters.I got in contact with customer support and they gave me a few options.Unfortunately they don’t supply replacement flaps in Canada; so I had the choice of going through Amazon US a buying it through there and they would reimburse me for the purchase, well they don’t deliver to my location.Second option was to get it shipped from china with a 1-2 week delivery. Being that I had no other option, that was what I went with.The customer service was very responsive and helpful on the matter. They also covered the duties and taxes which was great and within a week and a half I now have two replacement flaps. One for the broken replacement, and one for an extra to have on hand incase it happens again.Not so happy with the quality, but somewhat to be expected living in such a cold environment but sure am thankful that the customer service was very helpful and made the replacement process simple. Highly recommend!

Well made door. I would definitely buy again. The instructions were clear. The telescoping feature accommodated the wall nicely. And I like having a metal door to close on it as compared to the plastic door I had in our other dog door. Somebody could easily break in through the plastic door. This metal door would be much more difficult. I chose a large size for my female German shepherd and our other pit bull mix. they're both about 80 lbs and they acclimated to it easily. I had some hurdles to deal with in cutting through our wall (electrical wire, studs, etc.) but once I worked around that issue, the baboni dog door slid in and worked perfectly.

I had a carpenter fit this pet door in the front wall of my house. Didn't take him too long, looks nice and neat, happy to have the cover when not in use. Not in use for very long so can't comment on durability but looks solid.
