I am a size 38DDD, 137 pounds and 5'7. I initially bought an XL but it was a little snug, I sized up to a 2XL & it's perfect. It gave me more room to breathe under the breast area but the straps allow me to adjust it and make it tighter. The XL was just a little too tight on the waist band hem.

Standard wirelee bra without padding. Only 3 stars because the material gives off a smell that does not go away with washing. Do not buy, I won't be buying again.

If you're looking for this type of comfort bra, it's absolutely fantastic. I hate tags, seams, stupid pads, straps that suck/slip/dig because of the "convertible" design. I bought two of these in black & nude to try out, followed the recommended size, and they're ideal. Front comes up high enough that I don't end up with the boob equivalent of muffin top, band in the back is also wide enough that it doesn't create weird rolls. Very well placed and wider straps that are situated a little closer to the neck sothey don't constantly slide off. Sturdier fabric that feels like better quality. Bought 2 more immediately. Size large, true to size for me, without being too binding or too loose.

I would say true to size, with the snug fit you want.
