Installed these on the floor are of my casting deck on my Lund. Work great at containing the rods from moving around during transport.

These are exactly what I needed to transport my fly rods to and from the lake without having to break down the rods. Now I can leave them fully rigged and ready to go! I installed these with an oversized stainless steel washers to get more hold down surface, just the screws alone will eventually pull out of the nylon straps. They should have included washers along with the stainless steel screws for installation, that's my only negative about these straps. Seems like the straps should last a while.

Really like how strong the Velcro is pull first strap tight and drop the second strap in. Very secure. Not inhibited by water, no sharp edges. Easy installation. Would surely buy again. And I’m picky

The rod saver straps are great for holding rods securely in your boat. Easy to install...easy to use.

I have had a set of these on my boat for 10 years and the Velcro has just about had it.. I ordered a new set and they are the same quality as the ones 10 years ago.. They come with the mounting screws and hold down your rods with ease. Just make sure you order the correct size,??? If you have more than 3 rods you want to hold down get the large size made for 6 rods... They will do the trick....
