These acrylic cubes are well made, beautifully polished with no broken or jagged edges. They look like glass. I use them to display my collection of crystal handbags. The cubes practically disappear; it looks like the pieces on display are floating in mid-air. Will definitely buy them again!

My husband had bought me this very nice display case for my more expensive gemstones, but I wanted something to make it looks a bit better.These clear bases were JUST THE TICKET! I had tried a white foam photo prop, but it block most of the spot lights. These are perfect to allow light to pass through and really show off the gemstones. I will definitely be buying more display cases and these risers.SIDE NOTE: I used 3mm brand sticky glue dots to "hold" my items in place. Things like gemstones you DON'T want falling off!Definitely a great buy, nice and clear and polished. I am guessing the poor buyer who had his wrap melt to his bases (they do some wrapped which is standard for shiny plastic) bought his when it was hot -- they could have heated up in the cargo container or anywhere else along the travel route. Just keep THAT in mind if you are concerned. I ordered mine in winter, so no issues with melting ;)
