I bought this punching bag for my home workouts. the height is perfect for training, really good for my full-body target for kicks and punches. I am really enjoying it after coming from my Taek Keon Do, It bounces back quickly after every hit, giving it a very realistic training feel. Its material feels durable and holds up well even after very strong punches and kicking sessions. My wife started trying it as she noted It’s a great way to release stress and build strength without leaving the house.
I was impressed by how easy it was to set up—just fill the base with water and inflate. Also it is easy to move. I like that it doesn’t slide around, and the base is super stable when properly filled.
The freestanding design means no need for wall mounts or ceiling hooks.

We’ve had this punching bag for about a month now and it’s awesome!My boys have loved this punching bag! It was easy to set up and very affordable. It’s sturdy and a great bag for beginners.

Misleading of the base and not easy to get sand into at all. My grandson does seem to be enjoying it though and hopefully will be able to get all the sand in the base. The hole could be a little bigger to get sand into.
