We recently had our wedding and this was the perfect box to match our decorations. It was also the perfect size and fit cards from over 100 guests made of good quality materials and was a beautiful piece sitting by our table!

I saw a gold brass box the other day at a major home store. But I decided against it because of the poor quality. I am so glad that I waited because this box is everything. It is crafted nicely and although it is lovely to be used for a special occasion box such as a baby shower or wedding. I had planned to use mines to store all of the memorabilia from events or trips that my family and I attend such as gallery openings, postcards from the giftshops, concert tickets, graduation programs, etc. But for now, I have decided to use it as beautiful storage for some of my gold demitasse spoons and espresso cups and saucers.

I was reluctant to give this a low rating; however, the wedding card box arrived with a broken door, making it impossible to open, and there were numerous shards of glass. The outer packaging was intact, which is why I proceeded to open it. The item was well-protected with foam, yet the door was damaged. It is indeed very attractive, and had it arrived undamaged, I would have gladly given it 5 stars.

This is so much nicer than I was expecting. It arrived in a box that was slightly torn and damaged, but the glass wedding card box was perfectly fine. The slot in the top is big enough to accept large cards. Until I need to use it for it's intended purpose, as a card box, I will use it as a terrarium for a few artificial succulents.

This card box is surprisingly sturdy and looks to be well made. It did take me a minute to find the little locking area in which you lift the latch to open the door. I do appreciate the fact that it is locking and that the box is as big as it is... Especially if you receive large cards or an abundance of cards. It would have been perfect if it wasn't completely transparent but that's ok. It's still really nice.
