This has been a life-saver! I had to work a week-long trade show, setting it up and breaking it down. Those tear my lower back up with all the unpacking, lifting and being on our feet all day. Was able to wear this under my shirt undetected and made it through the show without horrible back spasms. Feels well made, there are two ways to tighten the brace. The first Velcro is wide and secures well, the second smaller Velcro really makes the big difference in tightening and securing the whole brace. It wears a little warm but I think that helped me, in helping my back muscles to relax a bit more. And frankly, a very fair trade-off for the support. I also like that this could be ordered in different sizes, instead of one size fits all. Price was fair and I'd buy again. Have been using daily since, especially in the mornings when my back tends to be tightest. Highly Recommended!

It is adjustable as to how tight you want it and I can pull it tight enough around my body so that my back feels supported.

I love the way it supports my spine. It helps with my pain levels. I has 2 spinal surgeries in less then a year. I fell in love with these back supports.
