Exactly as described and shown. Both sides are swappable with any standard single-gang insert, so you can easily change out to HDMI, USB, 20A receptacles, XLR, etc.

I do not pretend to be an expert on electrical code, but floor outlets seem to be allowed only through “approved” kits. No such approval by any rating body was marked on the box as required, nor the unit, nor the webpage. The supplied rectangular box is pre-punched on all four sides so it is not concrete-tight, and the box is too shallow for the punch-outs to be below the level of the floor, let alone the subfloor. No method is provided to secure the box, leaving it floating as a “drop-in” device requiring armored cable. No real division is made within the box to separate the high- and low-voltage wiring.I do like the finish of the box cover and the doors seem heavy-duty, although there is an open gap between them when closed. The 110-volt outlet seems to be a custom device. Wiring the “Cat-6” RJ45 jacks needs to be done manually and there does not seem to be alternative jack modules available for fiber optics or coaxial connections, leaving a hole in the floor when the devices either malfunction or go obsolete.I hoped to resolve supplying power and data to a small office without tearing apart exterior walls, but seriously doubt this outlet kit would pass inspection if I did cobble it in place. Perhaps this unit would work in a piece of furniture or a desktop, but there are better options available.Full disclosure: I ordered this Creemrib Floor Outlet Kit with 3 RJ45 Ports and 2 Power Outlets through the Amazon Vine program. As a user of the product, I have done my best to provide an honest review.

It's very heavy-duty. Unfortunately, I thought I ordered the outlet with a USB on one side. Luckily, swapping out the ethernet outlet for a USB outlet was easy. This box has enough room to replace either outlet with a standard-type outlet. I was happy to discover how easy it was to swap out the outlets. That means, in the future, when an outlet gets worn out or burns out, it can be replaced without having to replace the entire box.The only problem I had with this outlet box was that one part of the waterproof gasket was installed incorrectly. The gasket is heavy-duty and does not want to be moved. It took heat and a lot of patience to move it to where it belongs. Hopefully, the gasket will maintain its waterproof properties after being moved. The installation was straightforward and typical for a standard outlet. The only instructions included with this outlet explained how to remove the face plate and open it behind the outlet. You must know how to wire the outlet or have a professional install it. There are no directions for installing the electrical. I have replaced plenty of outlets in my life, and this installed exactly how I expected.

Perfect for providing a secure, weather resistant elect box with USB ports. Well made with nice smooth finish. The little pocket doors that completely cover and hide the outlets are fantastic. Only complaint was why the USB ports were not pre-wired and no pig tails were provided. Otherwise, it’ a very nice item.

I ordered the Creemrib Floor Outlet Kit with 3 RJ45 Ports and 2 Power Outlets, to install in a large computer/gaming desk I am building. It will provide the Ethernet and some of the power for two computers and an Xbox console. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the connections for the RJ45 Ethernet ports are individual wire connections only. It would have been easier to plug the Ethernet cable in than to connect it by individual wires, as Ethernet has a large number of wires, and it is time-consuming to do so. I should have looked more closely at the picture and seen that the connection wasn't either-or, as I had assumed; that was my mistake. I can simply cut off the plug and strip the individual wires of the Ethernet cable. The connection has one minor drawback: it requires all the wires to be in their proper places before the clamping mechanism is shut. I would have liked it if the wires could have been connected one at a time; it would have made things far easier. They work fine, but are frustrating. Installation is relatively straightforward. Outline the junction box in the proper location and cut a hole accordingly. After the wires are run up through the hole and attached, drop it is and screw into place. This outlet is very sturdy. Its case and junction box are all metal. The two access doors are simply pushed open on one side and fold up into the base. They are made of thick, tough metal, and when closed, can withstand being walked on. The doors stay open using gravity and their weight, which makes them a little harder to pull out for shutting than if they had been spring-loaded. When installed, the product sticks up about 1/8" as opposed to being flush; for most installations, this shouldn't be an issue. It would be perfect under a desk, for instance. It has a foam surround to prevent water from seeping past the edge and through the floor, but its doors are not water-tight. The design is not suitable for use in wet areas or for wet mopping. As I am installing it on a desktop, I won't need to worry about that. The 120V power plugs and Ethernet plugs are of high quality. The plug is suitable for a 15A supply, and the Ethernet connections support up to Cat6 speed Ethernet connections. The Ethernet plugs have a spring-loaded door that must be pushed open to insert a cable. This helps keep dirt and dust out of the Ethernet port, ensuring a good connection. Although the product is not yet fully installed in the desk, I tested the Ethernet ports by connecting one to my router and comparing the download speeds; they were identical to those of a straight wire. I also tested the wall voltage receptacle. It has a good hold on whatever is plugged in, and it is grounded. This product is offered at a reasonable price, and I recommend it.
