We had an issue when we first got it as a shelf was missing but we did an exchange very easily and the new one came in very quickly and it looks great. My son is very happy with it! I would definitely recommend it.

I must say I love the actual look of it on the wall. It was quite challenging to put together. Took a lot of time and patience but eventually get it put together on my son’s wall. Attempted to add the app but unfortunately it was down the day we tried to set it up so will hopefully get it working in the next day or so. I do like the concept of being able to show your shoes up and have them up on display. It is definitely eye catching when you walk in the room. Looking forward to getting the app and having them lit up.

I loved the way these turned out but I wish the instructions were clearer!
