Appears I received a unit that may have been returned. The box was very beat up looking and taped up to the extreme. I was in a pinch to get this up in my vacation rental property as I had guests arriving and needed a place to hang a hand towel. The 2 bars on the left and right side that connect to the towel bar are completely wobbly. It’s very pretty but not solid. I am hoping that I just received a defective unit as I do not see similar complaints in the reviews. Installation was very easy. They provide a template for drilling the holes. I am going to try ordering another one to replace this wobbly one. Will update my review accordingly!
