Simple to install and felt like they were well made. I like the ability to zoom in or out and dim if necessary. They were installed at our small church to shine a little more on our pastor and they worked just as expected. Good choice!!!

Extremely nice ceiling spotlight. We remodeled and removed track lights. Replaced with these. Great price for the quality. Well made. Solid product. Heavy duty. Zoom feature is nice though it needs to be set manually. No remote, but it works out well. I was afraid they would look too large/long for our vaulted ceiling, but they are very nice! They don’t come packaged well so request extra careful packaging!!!! I even had the manufacturers box inside an Amazon box. The Amazon box was flimsy and allowed the manufacturers box to slide around inside it which resulted in slight damage so I ordered another set which took a couple weeks to receive. So, order this product as you will be very pleased with it, but ask for the lights to be triple boxed!! Seriously!!

Swapped my old puck light for this zoomable spotlight a few weeks back. One twist lets me tighten the beam on a framed print; another flick floods the hallway. Add in the head’s gymnast-level tilt and spin, and I can redirect the glow whenever I shuffle furniture.Pros- Variable beam (10° pin-spot to 55° wash) plus 90° tilt / 350° spin = dead-simple aiming- Warm-white 3000 K with ultra-high CRI 97 makes colours pop, no flicker, no eye strain- Smooth 10-to-100 % dimming works with a basic LED wall dimmer- "Aviation-grade aluminum" housing runs cool and feels bullet-proof- Mounting plate fits both 3″ and 4″ boxes, hardware in the bag, no last-minute store runCons- Ships only in warm white; daylight fans are out of luck- Shines as an accent light; you’ll still need ambient fixtures elsewhere- Shiny silver screws (last picture) stick out like a sore thumb, white screws (or covers) should’ve been includedPerfect pick if you want gallery-grade colour and laser-precise aiming without the buzz or colour drift of bargain spots.

I ordered this Opulux spotlight (12W, white, zoomable) to use as task light over my workbench. The build quality is very good - the metal housing is thick and sturdy, and the rotating elements are firm but move smoothly, staying exactly where you place them.The "zooming" feature moves the lens inwards or outwards, changing the angle that the light comes out of the barrel. The zoom ring is easy to move and also stays firmly in place once you're finished adjusting it.It's immediately obvious that the light is high CRI and produces very nice colours when illuminating your subject. Lower quality lights with cheaper LED emitters are harsher and skew the colours you see. High CRI is absolutely the way to go, and this light delivers.All in all, I'm quite pleased with the Opulux spotlight and could find nothing to complain about.
