We have had this product for 5 1/2 years. It is placed inside our screened in pool but recently the flap cracked in half and I have no clue where would we find a replacement or is a replacement possible. I do not see a number to call even though it says 24 hour service if anyone knows please reach out.

First off, the sticker stencil for making the cutout did not fully peel up from the door after, leaving bits of sticker impossible to remove all over the door and around the areas that weren’t cutout.Secondly, the “spacers” are very cheap flimsy plastic that were impossible to get to stay in the tracks while attempting to install the door and were light grey instead of black like the rest of the dog door, making the dog door looking very cheap and mismatched. Not seamless or a clean finish what so ever.Thirdly, the screw heads stripped with very little to no pressure applied while attempting to install them rendering it entirely impossible to finish installing the dog door.Had to rip it apart to even remove what had been installed so that I didn’t ruin my door and so I can install a different, better dog door later on.I don’t recommend.
