I’m a bit disappointed with this bag because it’s so close to what I was hoping for, but it misses the mark just slightly.My biggest complaint is the zippers. They aren’t terrible, but they’re definitely on the lower end. The zipper on the front compartment is particularly hard to open and close, which makes it difficult to use this compartment—one of the only usable spaces apart from the main compartment.Speaking of the main compartment, it can fit a 13” MacBook Air, but not in the dedicated laptop/tablet pocket, which is too small to accommodate even a 13” MacBook Air. Instead, the laptop must be placed in the middle of the main compartment, where it risks damage from an internal zipper located on one of the mesh pockets. I also tried fitting a 14” MacBook, and while it technically fits, you have to force the zipper around the corners of the laptop, which could damage both the zipper and the laptop over time. If this backpack were just half an inch wider and taller, it could easily accommodate both a 14” MacBook and a 13” MacBook Air, which would be perfect.There’s also a small side pocket that’s pretty much useless because it’s too small to fit anything substantial. They could have skipped that pocket altogether and instead invested in better-quality zippers, which are not waterproof, with small pull tabs, and not smooth at all.Another weak point is the top handle, which feels too thin and lacks any padding. When the backpack is fully loaded, the handle feels like it might break at any moment.The overall build quality feels more like that of a $15–$20 backpack in terms of value, yet the current asking price is $39.Overall, I can’t recommend this bag due to the low-quality zippers and the fact that even a 13” MacBook Air has to be placed in the middle of the main compartment, risking damage.

Replacing my husband's bigger triangular crossbody bag with this sleeker-looking rectangular one. It modernizes his look and doesn't look bulky on him like his older bag did. He likes its narrower minimalist style. Yet it can actually hold all the stuff he had in his old bag (i.e., bulky keys, notebook, folded papers, pens, cards, phone). Its firm-like exterior prevents it from looking saggy & bulky like my husband's old bag. It's lightweight though & seems even more durable than his old bag. He likes that its strap is higher also and can be worn in front to better prevent RFID skimming.Greatly recommended.

This is a bag for anyone who is on the smaller physique side. My husband is not and it looked hilarious on him! I do LOVE this for a teenager or a college student--a light-packing traveler, etc. I like this, it's just unusable for us.
