Seems to be a resealed product. The plastic seal doesn’t look like authentic Konami seal too much spacing, large “faded” letters that easily scratch off. Each Konami logo on the seal has a visible rectangular background. As well as the booster box appears to have tears around the front corners of the booster pack. Lots of heavy damage on the box as well the would devalue any “decent pulls” you would’ve gotten if it was a sealed booster box.
