This is exactly like the product photo shows - a light with two wires. You have to set up your own 12 V battery supply. It’s fine but it could have included some sort of battery set up. As is, my husband got it lit up and it works nicely. Could be used for different needs, but I’m using to light up my elf this holiday season. Overall is what it says but note no battery system.

The light shipped and arrived quickly. It comes exactly as it is shown pictorially: an 8" small light with two bare wires and two mounting screws. The head really only swivels up and down 180 degrees. Any left-right movement unscrews the head from the stem which twists the two bare wires. In the description, it implies: DC12V Low Voltage Power Supply. But that is not in the picture, so it is not included. There is no information on the amperage limit. This light assumes that I have an existing 12V wiring infrastructure to plug this light into. Without Amp spec, I'd be really have to try to rig up something just to even test it. At $12, it's not an expensive experiment. I can't tell you the brightness at the moment. Hope this helps, some.
