My old "turkey pan" finally started to flake and was scratched. Time for a new LARGE one and this one is perfect. Easy handles for lifting - it fit a 21 lb turkey and was nicely made.

This is a great pan that is large enough for a large ham or turkey for the holidays. The non stick surface is great for cleanup. The best feature are the large heavy duty handles that make it easy to get it in and out of the oven. It is also an attractive pan that can be used for serving the included with the pan is great for the large turkey and ham to keep it out of their own juices

If you want to purchase this pan because of the copper look, you will be disappointed. The finish scratches off the bottom as soon as it hits the oven rack- a black finish comes through, with routine use ONCE. It does, however, clean easily and it roasted as well as any pan. I guess I thought for the price that it's appearance was as described. Live and learn...

Bought this roaster for this year's27 1/2 LB turkey, which fit with plenty of room to spare. I believe that a 30 LB turkey would have no problem fitting in this roaster. I love this roaster and will be using it from now on. I would have given this roaster five stars, but for some reason a small portion (about the size of 2 pencil erasers) of the coating came off where the rack had been sitting. Clean up was a snap. Best roaster I have ever used, just hoping that no more coating comes off in the future.
