I got these to wear when using a read light therapy device. A factor was that they have an ANSI certification. However, I probably don't know enough about it to know if I have gotten the correct glasses for the type of device I have. When using the device on something other than my face, I cover it. I use these glasses when I need to see out briefly and am shining the device at my face. I mostly use opaque glasses, as I don't necessarily need to see out. These are comfortable, and provide good coverage.

Glass are good took a wile to get them no case came with it so you may need to look into that

I wear these when I use IPL device and red LED lamp. I still avoid looking at the light, but it's reassuring to have these on. They are large and lightweight, the quality is decent. I like them better than the glasses that came with LED lamp because these have side protection.
