I bought this for flipping pancakes on the griddle and it is easily the best spatula I've ever used. The wide surface is perfect for anything, such as eggs, hamburger patties and particularly pancakes.Great quality - totally heat resistant even when I've got the 4 burner flat plate on full blast.Highly recommend this spatula.

This is exactly what I wanted, a flipping massive pancake flipper for my massive pancakes. I don’t know about you, but if I’m going to eat a pancake I want the thing like 8” across and those average size flippers just can’t handle the job.I can easily turn over a mammoth size pancake without worrying about it breaking or sliding off my flipper now.Get this. Your kids will think you’re a legend when you make them a pancake the side of their head

Está increíble para cocinar, no te raya los sartenes y resiste super bien el calor. Es práctico y se lava muy fácilmente.

reposicion de una palita similar que duro muchos años! Oxo es excelente calidad. La voveria a comrar cada vez que se acabe por el uso.

Me encantó el tamaño de esta espátula, es perfecta para usarla para cocinar varias cosas, no solo hotcakes. El silicon es de muy buen calidad y no raya nada los sartenes. Es flexible, pero al mismo tiempo es lo suficientemente robusta para que al voltear la comida no se doble la espátula.

Decidí comprar esta espátula porque los hot cakes de avena son un poco menos consistentes y se chorrean, la probé y sí funciona mejor que la espátula normal pero no como esperaba, buen desempeño pero no excelente, se pega a la comida y a la mitad del hot cake ya no avanza más, hay que ingeniárselas poniéndole mantequilla extra.

Es Grande de la pala (superficie) perfecta para voltear unos huevos estrellados, no se derrite con el calor aguanta muy bien la temperatura, se siente comoda en la mano y es ligera. creo que hice una buena compra aunque al otro dia de que la compre estaba mas barata. :(

Below this update is my original review. I have to update from two stars to FIVE!!My original spatula split after 6 weeks, BUT, the company replaced it quickly AND the new one has lasted four years. It is still going strong; however, after four years, I am afraid it may give out, and I use it several times a day. Eggs for breakfast and flipping other foods for our main meal. So I plan to order another one just like it. I just noticed that the price has actually gone DOWN since my original purchase. How ironic is that? See original review for other details about this fabulous spatula.I have to update my review. I still LOVE the spatula. it is absolutely perfect for my needs; HOWEVER, after about 6 weeks of use, the plastic has split and the metal is coming through. It is a bit expensive to only last for 6 weeks. Wish I knew how to contact the manufacturer.I have a really hard time understanding the bad reviews. Yes, it is big. The dimensions are given in the description. Even though it is large, I can use it in all but my very smallest skillet (one egg size).I love it. I have only had it a few weeks, but I have used it at least a dozen times - omelettes, chicken, vegetables. It has not stuck to anything; in fact, nothing has really stuck to it either (except maybe uncooked egg). Today, I went back and forth, using it in my electric skillet and in my frying pan on the stove. The breaded squash did not stick to it. I LIKE the large size. It makes it so much easier and faster to turn frying foods. It is slightly flexible - it needs to be. But it is not so flexible that it bends down. The front edge is very thin, making it easier to slide under foods. Thanks to it being heat resistant, I can leave it in the pan while cooking. So far, I have found nothing to dislike about it. I may even order another one.
