This is an inexpensive, serviceable product *design*.Seller shares blame with UPS, however, for the state in which mine arrived (cracked badly, both top and bottom).There was one piece of brown packing paper, loose in the box. The box was itself poorly taped. That meant the item rattled around in there while our delivery person tossed, kicked or otherwise abused it.Again, nothing inherently wrong with the product under normal circumstances, but a seller really ought to pack more thoughtfully.I would have returned the thing, or exchanged for an intact one, but I needed it immediately and--let's be honest--the RMA process is a pain in the marbles, so I taped and epoxied it myself.

I looked for a long time to find a cat carrier in which the top fastened to the bottom with snap latches, because they are quick and easy to use. I chose this one because that’s what the picture showed. However, when it arrived I found it fastens with bolts and nuts, which I specifically did NOT want. I will keep this one because I need it, and it’s good enough quality, but I am very disappointed because it is not as advertised.

Precio accesible, sin embargo se me hace frágil, el material es muy blando y se deforma con facilidad. Las compre para reemplazo de las que tengo ya que son muy parecidas, pero en calidad se observa mucha diferencia

I bought 3 one for my sisters chinchilla one for my bird one for my ferret and while I can’t speak on the one for my sister my first one went together great and everything was in order nothing broken the second one was broken on the back latch and top part was broken I will say I did but used but it was supposed to be like new in original packaging which was mostly accurate with the packaging and with the first was fully accurate but not fully did come with all wingnuts and screws and 7 extra on one of them and I can still use it so it is what it is

I have been using these carriers for my cats for years, one lasted close to a decade. Unfortunately, two of the clips broke off and I needed a new one due to safety concerns. Clearly, he’s a fan it’s a nice size for an 8-10 lb cat with plenty of ventilation. I’ve had larger cats and some fit but it’s a tighter squeeze and some find it claustrophobic. I got this after looking at cat backpacks and realizing that they look dangerous and I could visualize this guy tearing his fur out, this was familiar to him.Unfortunately the quality of the material has changed, the plastic is weak and more flexible rather than rigid. Also, no brand logo (not sure if it’s a knock-off). I will support this with my arm on the bottom to prevent it from buckling/detaching from the top. Also, make sure that both you and your Vet properly close it and make sure the pin lines up with the holes, mine does not if you shut it quickly without paying attention.What I can say is that the pet stores in my area didn’t carry anything that was better. So, it would have turned out this way regardless. I wouldn’t travel long distances with it but I do think it’s safer than soft carriers (no claws getter hooked) and is definitely adequate for short trips and visits to the Vet. He thinks it’s a great hideaway from children and a place to nap.

I bought the light grey for "up to 15 pounds". Slightly smaller than expected, but does the job for vet visits for our slim, 7 pound female cat. Fairly lightweight compared to our other crate. Very good price. Glad it came with the extra bolts as I never trust just the clips alone.

Fácil de armar, perfecta para la mascota, le brinda seguridad y lo mantiene seguro. Mi perrito es un Westy de 5 meses y cuando probamos la transportadora, se metió sin dificultad y le encantó... hasta se quedó dormido. Totalmente recomendable!
