My blower was only working on speed 4. After i replaced this resistor it works on all as it should, no need to spend money on a blower it self, it was the resistor fault. A+++

This part is a perfect replacement for 1997 Jeep Wrangler. Prior to purchase I did a search of the LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC INFO? section about a connector being included. This was the response...."This product is designed to replace the damaged or melted connector for the HVAC blower motor resistor on specific Jeep models. It includes a new connector and wiring to ensure proper circuit connection and prevent future failures."There was no connector included with the part. I suspected that would happen because of the low price. I needed a new connector also because the old one was deformed by heat. The new connector costed twice as much as this part.Still I needed this part and it works.

Works as well or better than any other replacement. Swaps out easily. By design, it needs the blower motor blowing across it to cool. Normally lasts a couple years on a 2001 TJ.Good way to purchase a new part. Excellent. Thanks!!

Good replacement for 2000 Jeep TJ 4.0. The blower blows plenty of hot air...no more freezing cold drives to work in the morning! Be aware that the hole for the electrical plug is not as deep as the one on the OEM blower, but that does not compromise the fit or installation. Installation was shockingly easy: remove battery, remove computer module (unplug the cables and remove the three 5/16 screws holding it in place), then remove the three 5/16 screws holding the blower to the firewall, and pull the electrical connector straight out. Reverse the steps to install. It's really that easy.

Installed and working perfectly for the last week. Very easy to install. It was such a big bonus to have the new plug as well. The wire used on the plug is thicker than factory wiring and they give you a good 10" to splice in. Great price, so far working well, and comes with extras what's not to like?
