These are the same bands used by physical therapists. I was happy to find a set containing different resistance levels, as it's easy to move up right away after mastering a level. So far none of the bands I've used have become stretched out - they have all maintained their initial resitance level.

Great that you can get the heavier silver and gold ones that are not available in the pharmacy packs. Black is the heaviest in those. Great for travelling. It’s unfortunate that some people are allergic to latex. These are latex free but have a more noticeable limit to their stretch. Kinda hits a hard limit. The latex ones have a more linear and longer ability to stretch.

Es muy bueno poder comprar las siete bandas en juego, en vez de comprarlas por separado. Este kit trae la gama desde la resistencia muy ligera hasta alta resistencia.

I purchased some Therabands an few years ago which were in an original Theraband box. This resistance set is longer and wider than the original and so offer a better workout. This is an excellent buy considering the price.

This part is garbage lasted a couple of weeks. He went bad.
