I was hesitant due to all the reviews about this may but I am not disappointed! This is exactly what I needed to protect my hard wood floors. I think the thickness is good, it's clear, not sure about slip resistant with socks on but it doesn't move around on the floor. Very durable and the size covers most of my floor. Great quality. I even have a rug under this mat and it still looks and functions well and lays flat over it. Don't try and lay this mat out flat if it has been cold, let it warm up them lay it out. The ends did curl a bit but with some weights it layed flat. Great product, works well!

Nice and big, easy to unroll but definitely heavy. Make sure you have enough space as you're laying this thing out, it's a bit cumbersome to do alone. Because of its size and weight it flattens out quickly and is ready to use. Great for places that are prone to spills, makes clean up a breeze!

I'm happy with this carpet. Its a very decent size and covers the living room extremely well. I especially like the fact that it didn't take long to flatten to the floor like most rugs do.

Ok, so I have a quite senior St Bernard rescue dog who lives with me whom I managed to potty pad train.She is really good at it but she drinks like a camel and urinates buckets. She’s been vet checked and no health problems.Most of my apartment is carpeted. I got rubber mats to put under her potty area, still had overflow. Got larger pads and a larger mat, still had overflow.This pad is the answer to a prayer. I now have a water tight mat under her pee pad large enough that I can simply mop with antibacterial, put my high powered fan on it for a few minutes and no longer will I be clocking new world records for how many hours one can use a carpet shampoo machine (and probably driving my neighbors crazy because that’s much louder than my vacuum.)I am very happy with this rug protector, it is quite waterproof, it’s slip resistant, it seems durable, it performs the function for which I bought it quite nicely, it’s the perfect size for the area (it actually continues into part of my kitchen and is much easier to keep clean than the older than mud 1960 s linoleum in there).I didn’t notice any real odor when I unpacked this except a slight chemical smell which was gone by the next day.I highly recommend this item.

I love this for anyone who has kids. It’s easy to clean and very durable.
