This is going to be insanely cool! I just bought a house and cannot wait to install! I love how sleek and dark and mysterious it looks. The even better part is that the key hole is hidden so it’s not noticeable for guest or random people. This is a must buy!

The glides on the first unit I received were bent so it couldn't be assembled. I just notified Amazon online, easily returned it at a nearby Staples, and received a replacement the very next day. This unit was perfect. Easy to assemble - they even provide the screwdriver! I'm organizing my office closet and this was perfect to store my flat supplies (large mailing envelopes, document pockets, page protectors, file folders, etc.). I immediately ordered another unit and it also arrived undamaged. The side attachment was a happy surprise. I keep a supply of new markers, pens, etc. for my home office, and now I store them in the slanted side attachment so the ends always remain moist. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Produit de bonne qualité et fonctionnel. Faudrait juste que les livreurs fassent attention à la manipulation des boites car elle était très abîmée. Par chance ça n’ pas altéré la qualité du produit

To start, I took off one star because the housing feels like they skimped on the materials - it just doesn't feel substantial. I can get past that because the rest of the lock functions as I expected. The fingerprint reader accurately scans fingerprints without failed reads and the lock is responsive - opening quickly after a fingerprint read. The installation is simple.

***Update day 7: it hit 15F here, the lock is behind a storm door, and now it will not connect via Bluetooth. Still NO RESPONSE from seller. Dropping another star***Original review: The five minute install was considerably longer, but... It does with with Tuya/Smart Life but ONLY AS BLUETOOTH and it only pairs with ONE device.My tablet, my other phone, my wife on the same account? Will NOT PAIR with the BluetoothAlso, it will not work with the wifi unless you spend another $40 on a module. So thanks for that catfishing, vendor.The fingerprint scanner works well which is the only reason beyond the fact I had to carve the heck out of the door jamb to make it fit.Since it took forever to install and the fingerprint scanner works is the only reason I didnt send it back as it will not beyond one single phone and within Bluetooth reach.The "answers" of sending a email to a contact is bunk. That allows a person access to all your devices. Get a helmet already.No customer service, no contact.
