They do the job but they aren't comfy at all. The knee pad cuts off my circulation. The wrist pads are a bit big and hard to do anything in. Overall I would say maybe look at other options. They definitely keep you protected and they seen good quality, but the fit is really awkward and uncomfortable and they material is itchy

This set fits well and it's adjustable. So I can make it as tight as I want. I feel safer skating on the ice now as all the most breakable parts of my body are protected. I also wear a helmet and I wear gloves overtop of the wrist protectors.
