I had to update to a dc system and this controller worked. The terminal was too small for standard wiring clips so clips had to be modified.

This was a replacement for my low voltage lights that I use for Christmas lighting and worked perfectly. Seems well made and I was able to drop it in without much of a lapse in display due to quick shipping.

Working perfectly for several months now. Nice and compact. Met my needs. I plan on ordering more.

The item works as described. I don’t think you can get it at a better price. I had no issues with it

I bought two of these to replace older and much larger units on my landscape lights. I originally installed incandescent lights and needed high wattage units (came with the lights as part of the kits). One is floor lights in a paver patio, the others are uplights and walkway lights for the rest of the garden. I have replaced the bulbs with LEDs over the years so I'm running far smaller loads (these 65W units are actually much bigger than I need...but it doesn't make sense to look for anything smaller.)In fact I've seriously considered trying to run both sets on one unit but I wasn't sure that would work and in any event the cost of these was so small it didn't seem worth the bother. They are a bit of a hassle to mount since they have only one tab to attach them to a mount, so they can swing to one side or the other when they are mounted. I'm sure I'll find a way to make that more stable. But it literally took less than five minutes to install each one and test it out, and set it up to turn on at dark and stay on for xx hours. Or turn off at dawn. It does not have a timer per se, so you can't get it to turn on at 8 pm and off at midnight for example, but given the low power consumption is that really necessary anyway? Dark to dawn or at dark for xx hours. They are lightweight and take up a lot less space than the old ones and weight about 10% as much. The old ones were 65W and 120W but real load is maybe 10W and 28W.
