Had to modify but it worked great. First thing I did was tack weld the fitting at the end of the drain line to prevent it fro coming apart inside the drain(as another review stated). Upon inspecting the crimp on the end fitting it did not seem as strong as the one on the original 50 foot line so I’m glad I did. Second mod I had to do was install it onto my Bauer drum machine, not the same type of fitting. All I did was bend the fitting with some pliers and cut it down a bit, after a few attempts it fit great. The line does appear to be more flexible than my original 50 foot line but it worked great at the end and I unclogged my main line. I would definitely recommend at the price.

Kitchen sink was not draining. Tried using the snake I had on hand (about 10 feet), no luck. Figured I needed a longer snake. Bought this one, it arrived today. Spent about 2 hours working on the sink, it now works. Plumber would have been about $500 so this saved me about $350. Its sturdy, well constructed, the attachments are well built and no worries about them breaking off or anything like that. Only piece of advice I would offer to anyone considering it is to go with 75 or 100 foot. I thought 50 foot would be more than enough, and I guess it was, but the blockage was met with about 8 left in the snake. If the blockage was at 51 foot I would have been kicking myself. I got lucky that the snake was long enough.

I have unplugged 2 sewer lines without being attached to a rotating machine. Caught and pulled out a 'root mat' by not using a rotating machine which would have 'bounced' the end tool over the root mat.
