fantastic, I quite like these they have a little notch in them that keeps them aligned with the extrusion channel, very strong, worked perfectly for adding a new shifter plate that wasn't crazy high. The finish of these is very nice, good quality pieces. They fit perfectly and hold everything very secure. After mounting my shifter I ran it through the "gears" and there is zero front to back play, there was a bit of side to side play, I added another one of these behind the 4080 piece and that tightened things up nicely. I will definitely be ordering more of these.
