Initial device tests came out OK so these parts are good to use, but the real test will happen in circuit operating under load conditions.So far so good, but I will be back with an update if the parts don't hold up to their spec.

In testing a handful of these with an admittedly cheap LCR meter, I found consistent pinout and parameter readings.I like to use the LCR meter to quickly identify any significant differences on things like transistors that cannot be easily measured with a DMM, which obviously requires setting up test circuits etc.Very satisfied on initial impressions, will update once put into project use and the IGBTs are put to heavier testing. 5 stars for value and consistency for now.
