Worked perfectly. Saved me from having to pay a repair person over 500$. Arrived quickly as well. Definitely recommend.

A while back we kept noticing water in the water softener or bleach compartment in the soap dispenser. Never gave it much thought kept cleaning it. Then one day we notice water in the wash tub. I drained it and watched. In a short time (couple hrs) I was having standing water in the tub so I knew then the water valve was leaking. This was not a difficult job. I don’t have access behind my washer and dryer as they are on pedestals in a closet basically. So I didn’t want to have to pull the washer all the way out so I pulled it out some. Enough to reach behind turn off the water unhook the hoses. I removed the top. Removed the counter weight and the bracket across the back. I then only removed the top 2 screws on each side of the back panel. After removing the 3 mounting screws for the water valve I was able to push away the back panel enough to clear the hose ends of the water valve. It tilted upward and came right out. You will NOT get new rubber bushings so when you remove the old water valve be careful NOT to drop a bushing otherwise good luck. Maybe stick a towel to catch one should they fall out. I swapped over the 3 bushings and reinstalled the water valve. The valve won’t go all the way in so it sits flush so you have to draw it in tight with the 3 screws. Tighten them equally and it will push itself right against the back of the dispenser assembly. Reassembled everything and water valves were working just fine. A small price compared to typical appliance stores. I like the 5 year warranty. Today my son calls and tells me his Electrolux front loader had water in the soap dispenser. That’s how it all begins. Swap the part before it fails open. If that valve sticks open you are making a home owners insurance claim if you are not home to catch it. Small price for insurance.

I was regularly getting an E35 error on my Electrolux washer. E35 means the water level is too high. Lots of research on the topic led me to unplug the unit when it got the error to see if the water kept running. Sure enough, with the unit unplugged, water kept coming into the washer. This for sure told me I had a stuck valve. Once again reviewing a few videos on how to replace the value, I was confident I could do the job. This valve was about 1/4 of the price of valves from parts stores. I was able to replace the valve in about an hour. Not difficult just lots of screws to remove and put back. You do need a star bit for many of the screws. An electric screwdriver/drill is almost a must. But I was able to complete the installation taking my time to ensure I carefully followed the disassemble and reassemble instructions. (You have to take the back of the washer off.) The washer now works great. No more E35 errors and a happy wife.

Fit my Electrolux perfectly. Cold water wood not shut off even when the power was off. That generally means the inlet valve is bad. Took about 45 minutes to put install and was easy. Worked great. Hopefully it will last. Definitely recommend so far.Build quality was good could not tell the difference from the original

The problem I had with my washer was it suddenly started running water during the entire cycle and even once finished. The only way I could stop it was to manually turn the water supply valve off and then reset the washer. So problem was the inlet valve of the washer was not shutting off. This replacement part was exactly like the original and so far, about 2 months later, has performed just as oem. I had a very hard time finding the model of this washer which was but once did the listing made it easy to identify that this part was what I needed. Couldn't be happier. The price of this part was far less than the local appliance parts stores. Making this an excellent value. Would highly recommend and will update review if part fails in the near future.
