The posters are excellent and they are good for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Bodyweight. Excellent value. Great for Training. Great for Home Gyms.

I didn't think to check the dimensions. They looked like they were about the size of normal 8.5 x 11" paper, but were much larger, in plastic and rolled. I didn't really want to put them on the wall, but the info is what they show and is useful as long as you realize they are about 18" x 26". AND, they are also double sided. The second side is a duplicate of the first side (vertical) while the second side is the same graphics but organized in landscape mode. Nice quality and good info. Just make sure you know if the size is what you want.

These are some pretty concise workout guides to help you get in shape. Work on areas that interest you and then progress to other ones later that look challenging.Nice Laminated and we put them all up in the gym we made in our garage.
