Very well made and finished, Will not stopper sink to fill, but low rise on rim makes rinsing food particles into basket easier. Very eas to clean.

When we had a new laundry sink installed, began looking for a new strainer for it because our washing machine dumps into it and into an iron pipe under the floor. Keeping the water as debris-free as possible is our goal.This one is PERFECT, and SO MUCH better than the metal mesh ones we've used before which began rusting quickly and degrading. But, we had limited space with the hundred-year old sink we'd had, so it's all that worked.This one fits the sink drain PERFECTLY and because it's stainless steel and highly polished, it matches the look of the stainless steel sink we replaced the old one with.And it does an excellent job of trapping hair, cloth fibers, lint, etc. The way it drains helps it even track particles which might otherwise pass through.In our opinion...we got two for the price of one.Highly recommend it.

Perfect what my needs. I have a kitchen Schroom, but it has the thing in the middle to pick it up and it makes it hard to clean. This is all open, and it makes it a breeze to keep clean, just one wipe and it's sparkling. It's a small thing, but a travel nurse usually doesn't have a garbage disposal unless you're in a Airbnb which is nice, but I don't like to share my space. This works absolutely perfectly, and so easy to use!

This product is so much nicer looking than the screen ones. Fits my kitchen drain perfectly. Water flows cleanly through as it should. Food particles don't get caught like with the screen types when you empty it. It's sturdy stainless steel and well made. I highly recommend.

I never imagine there could be such a range of price for something as simple as a sink strainer. I mean £20? £30? for some? If you set the search for high price first, you will even find one price for lunatics at £379. In any event, this one looks solid. The ring edge has folded metal so it will not cut you. That was the biggest complaint on some of the other brands reviews. The basket is solid metal, not mesh, so it will not fall apart. Certainly worth it, and you get two for the price of one, as if anyone really needs that.
