Recently, I wanted to make a mushroom shaped soap for a friend. I looked around on Amazon and found this super cute, albeit small, silicone, multi-cavity mushroom molds (pack of two) and decided to give it a try.Although I prefer to make my own soap, I wanted to have something available a bit faster, so I used a melt and pour soap I already had on hand. After melting said soap, I added approximately 5 drops of Vividye Blue color, (which came in a 24 pack of food grade, skin safe liquid coloring dye, (also purchased on Amazon) and proceeded to pour into the molds.The set time wasn't very long, and the soaps popped out intact and ready to go!I painted them with Rollo premium mica powder pearlescent color pigment (Amazon) and a wee little paintbrush. The finished product is what you see here.I would definitely recommend these molds!Pros:2 molds; 11 cavities each (22 cavities total)InexpensiveSuper cuteCons:Flimsy - but I placed them on a tray so they could be movedSmall cavities - max fill of 10g per cavity (220g overall for both molds)
