Bought these in October so far so goodI had 1 battery with an issue customer service is fantastic to deal with received a new battery in the mail just a couple weeks after messagingReally nice quality and care

I used each battery 4 times no problem, charged after use no problem. Next time in colder weather no charge, no working, had to recharge 3 times before they worked for 10 mins ( instead of hour or more intermitently).wrote and asked what warranty was and their response was " they cheap , third party batery " beyond amazons 30 day warranty ( 42 days).$109.99 plus $28.57 for shipping was not cheap.I would not recommend or every buy again.Paul

I've used the batteries several times thinking that after a few charges they would get better but they die really fast and I had one die just sitting on the shelf for a week. Not sure why but these 2 are very poor quality. I just requested to return them I will update how that goes When it's done. So I did another test on the batteries I ran the on a leaf blower non stop till they died they lasted 7 minutes but stopped twice from overheating. Then I put my 5amp Milwaukee battery on and it lasted 9.5 minutes non stop. So slightly over half the amps but longer run time on a tool. As for the return they are sending me replacements

Only had the batteries for a week and haven't had a chance to really try it out, but so far they seem to work..However I do have to say that we are very pleased with the customer service and how they treated us, the first batteries we purchased were not working when we received them, so we messaged then and they sent us new ones right away...👍We got them within a few days...
