These are good if traveling with small children. It works well with small water bottles or 16 oz cups. Anything larger will cause it to tip over. The pictures show with the short hooks, The larger hooks make it less stable.

I placed them on the back headrest and somehow the part that the cup sits in kept falling out so I used all purpose glue on the attachment part and no more falling. It's perfect for smaller size cups but for the taller cups it wasn't sturdy looked as though they would fall out so I'm also buying something else for the taller and oversize cups

This is the worst $10 I have ever spent. Never regretted buying anything more in my 21 years of living. The design of these cup holders is awful, it’s a half circle with one flat side. The prongs to hold your phone are way too small, and there is no way a phone would stay upright longer than about 5 seconds. It would definitely go flying at any slight brake or turn. Hardly any cups fit in this terrible cup holder. The piece that hooks onto the headrest is loosely holding the cup holder on. I’ve kept using them because I can’t get a refund since I don’t have the original packaging, and every time I use them I hate them more. I’ve had the cup holder completely fall off and land on the floor. WITH A CUP IN IT. I am probably going to super glue it together so it doesn’t happen again. The hooks are weak and broke after not even a week of use. One star is honestly too high of a rating for these. This is just all around a bad design and bad product. Save your $10 and buy LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE!

I ordered these for my van, and I am so grateful I did. The cup holders that are in the middle of our van are hard for the kids to reach, this makes it so much easier for them to reach. The hooks were much needed for backpacks and mini bags for trash. I ordered a few more of these for a few mom friends and they were just as happy with this product as I was.

Okay for small drinks but not for larger cups other than that they are okay.
