These are advertised as "iron on" definitely NOT iron on! However you can make them iron on by purchasing Iron on hemming tape. That's what I did and it worked amazing. I can't comment on the hemming tape quality because it's not apart of this product review. I specificity purchased these to mend some holes is my favorite old shirt and it got the job done. These would be five star but I'm subtracting a star for the false advertisement. Luckily I read the reviews before I purchased.

I was looking for appliques to use on my grandkids' costumes for Halloween. Specifically, I was trying to replicate the look of the cowboy Ken shirt from the Barbie movie. These appliques gave me the look I wanted on the shirt and we also used them on the back of "Barbie's" vest. In a few places, I cut them to get the right sizing and proportion. I did not find them to be very adhesive so used a combination of glue gun and iron on bonding tape to get them to stick on the fabric. It was a huge package so still have a bunch left for our next project!
