The pen works great and worth the money.

The 3Doodler Pro is an awesome product, this being the first time usinga 3D Pen, I didn't want to get something hard to figure out but also built well enough to know it will last. The pre set temps. are easy to figure out, the tip heads and changing tool are helpful as well. Only down side is finding refills for the filament

First off what I dislike, the power button! It's in a weird spot and it's difficult to slide the switch! That's it that's all the bad I've got!Next it's super high quality! This as the name implies is a pro product and it can absolutely get real work done not just hobby doodling! The body of it is built well, metal extruder gears, thick metal magnetic loading cover, heats up fast and keeps perfect temp, settings are easy to see on the screen and easy to change. The quick start guide is one of the best I've ever seen and very easy to understand even if you were buying this for an appropriately aged child they would figure it out quickly! The value here for the cost is huge! To get something with this fit and finish for this price is great! If you need refills it's very simple and extraordinarily cost effective, buy standard 1.75mm 3d printer pla spools, unwind the filament off the spool and cut where you want!! Boom instant refillsPicture of a mini butterfly net I doodled in 5 minutes yep it's bad but you get the idea! Absolutely recommend.

Super Cool 3D pen, I have been wanting one of these and so glad I got to try one out! There is hardly any setup, it's just go! Started using right away and making little creations. Tons of youtube videos out there if you're just learning. This one is definitely higher quality than others I have seen on here. Tested mine against my niece's and mine just had better control/speed and a lower noise floor. It may be a bit more expensive than others but I think it's valid.

I've only had the need to use this a couple of times, but it is pretty straightforward with how to use. I wish extrusion speed was more intuitive, something akin to a "throttle" would be great, where you could adjust extrusion speed as you print. However, my experience with 3D printing up until this point has been with full-on 3D printers, so there's a bit of a re-learning curve.I got this so my daughter and I can make things together. She likes it but is a bit scared of it because I've reinforced many times that the nozzle gets extremely hot, so i'm drawing things she requests, for now.
