No need to buy the 3m hype although this does the job as intended, good quality and quite durable really kept the cold out

Adheres and is tough.It's pricey for the length of sealant tape. I would look at other options in future.

I was very skeptical when I unrolled this tape... Looked to me like regular Scotch tape. I was very wrong. Turned out to be the best weather-proofing tape ever. It's easy to use and it keeps out all the drafts. I used it on exterior fireplace doors.

Used this on 6 wood framed single plane glass windows. Worked great. Plenty of tape included, stayed fixed to painted wood frames all winter (interior) and worked really well to regulate temperature. Great option for the space I rent for my business, definitely saved me a bundle on heating costs.

Applying the tape, following cleaning instructions, is very easy providing another layer of sealing to our windows. I no longer see that fine line of light coming from the bottom of the windowsill . Using the tape was a very good idea and I'm hopeful the tape will not only prevent drafts, but will also stop dust/sand, we get sand storms every now and then, from coming in.
