Not much to say about these weldable barrel hinges. They are what they claim to be and can be welded. If I need another set in the future I'd be fine buying these.

I ordered these hinges for a project that was cancelled. The hinges arrived quickly and were in great condition. The finish is very smooth stainless steel and looks very nice. I was to use these on a gate, but that project got cancelled so I'll put these aside and use them on a future project. Nothing wrong with these hinges, I was very pleased and ready and willing to use them, just one of those things. I'll use them down the line and keep this brand in mind for future project, love the look and finish of these.

Good, but could be better. I drilled small holes in each end to allow for adding grease with needle adapter. Simple mod that should improve use and lifespan.

I got these because I wanted to be able to remove the drop down tailgate from my small trailer. The way the old hinges were installed it wasn't removeable. The old ones were always rusty and after a short time the grease fittings stopped working. With these I have them welded so when the tailgate is down you can slide it sideways and remove it. But when it's up the sides of the trailer prevent it from moving. It would be nice if they had grease fittings though.

These look very nice, overall. The metal is thick enough and the stainless looks good. However, there are no grease fittings or holes to install grease fittings in these. If any significant load is to be applied to these they will need to be greased on a regular basis. That means I will need to drill and tap holes for grease fittings. There is a little thrust washer included with each hinge and I think that will be helpful, but it will still need to be properly lubricated if it is to work properly, without becoming noisy or having problems. Overall, pretty good, but will need improvement.
