The item arrived on time and was packaged well. I was surprised to find these on Amazon. I have been an electronics technician for over 40 years and I had become unaware of how hard to find the old technology had become. Our church suffered a lightning strike which damaged an old Peavey mixer PA head. I, being generous, volunteered to try and repair it. I had not worked on this old type of equipment for about 30 years, but I know it very well. What I did not know was that the manufacturer changed over from industry standard part numbers to an IN-HOUSE PART NUMBERING SYSTEM. Since there are no longer any general replacement semiconductor manufacturers, my quest was becoming a headache. Fortunately, due to my intestinal fortitude for finding what I seek, I found the magic cross reference document on a third party website (I love the internet). I then IMMEDIATELY recognized this part number from the cobwebs of my brain. I checked my usual sources, via the internet, and I couldn't believe how much they wanted for these. I needed 8 pcs of the 2N3772 for the job. What I paid for these 10 pcs on Amazon, would have only got me 3 pcs from the cheapest of my other sources. I guess the logo says it all, Amazon has everything from A to Z.
