They slip easily; the glue isn't strong enough. In my opinion, there are not comfy. They must be cut to fit your shoe.

I was looking for a shoe insole for my work loafers. I don’t want the shoes to become tight with thick insole. I needed a thin layer to put on my inside-worn, but outside-still very good pair. This thin breathable insole is perfect! It doesn’t have much “odor fighting” feature, but still keep my feet dry and comfortable. I can just replace to a new sheet when it gets worn off. Nice buy and will buy again.

These gems let me convert my athletic and casual flats into supportive shoes that accommodate my orthotic inserts. I simply remove the existing insert (Skechers work well), use it as a pattern to trim a pair of these, adhere them to the inside of my shoe and place my custom orthotic inserts on top. The result is no awkward sounds and no uncomfortably tight squeeze by the uppers or my shoes. The height and rigidity of my custom orthotics work because these are so thin. The fact that I can replace them when they get funky is also a plus. If you struggle with getting your custom orthotics to work with stylish casual shoes, this is your solution.

These are thin like I wanted. They have lines to following when cutting to size. That’s good.Being thin I didn’t expect them to be cushiony but not as hard as they are. They are quilted, so unless I wear a thin sock I feel the little quilted sections.I can live with them but wish they were softer so they were more comfortable without a sock.

I have no idea why this product has any low reviews. Clearly this is not an orthopedic insert! Another reviewer called them a thin maxi pad for your flats and that is exactly what it is. I purchased them to help with my sometimes sweaty feet but mainly to stop that annoying sound that comes with your heel sticking and thencoming apart from the shoe when you walk. It was so embarrassing because it was so loud when I walked but these were an easy and cheap solution and also help keep my flats looking and smelling fresh. They were easy to cut to fit my shoes, don’t have a ton of adhesive so it wont ruin my insoles but yet doesn’t slide around, and disposable after a few wears. I’ve already put these in my cart to purchase again!
