Easy installation, pinch the 2 hose clamps and slide them away from the filter, pull the hoses loose from the filter (beware that you’ll drip some leftover gasoline from the filter when you do this) and install the new filter. Pay attention to orientation of the new filter. The end with the shorter barbed fitting is the out (you can verify this buy pulling the filter out of the rubber housing and look for the arrows). Make sure you use the new pinch clamps included with the kit to ensure a tight connection. Spring-loaded hose clamps lose tension with age.
