The black cartridge started leaking drops of ink once I removed the orange printed guard and ruined the pair of pants I was wearing. Also the Cyan and Magenta cartridges are not working. Those colors worked fine with the last cartridges I had but will not print with these.

Ink cartridges work in my printer, but one arrived damaged (missing half the retention clip) broken piece was not in box, and cartridges were heat shrink wrapped inside box for shipping. Item was missed by QC not damaged in shipping.

I have a hp officejet pro 8025e. The black ink works perfectly, but the colored ink does not work. For some reason the color cartridges do not fit snugly in the printer like the black one does, which i suspect is the issue.
