I received this product through the Amazon Vine program and have been using it for my leg workouts at home. It’s a clever and effective way to turn regular dumbbells into ankle weights, especially for exercises like tibialis raises, hamstring curls, and hip flexor work.✅ What I like:The strap is adjustable and secure, staying firmly in place during movement.Perfect for isolating leg muscles without needing a full gym setup.Lightweight and easy to store — great for home workouts or travel.Works well with standard hex dumbbells.⚠️ Things to note:It takes a bit of adjusting to get the right position, especially with heavier weights. Not recommended for fast or jerky movements — better for slow, controlled exercises.🎯 Overall, it’s a smart, affordable tool for targeting lower body muscles in a more focused way. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, building strength, or adding variety to your leg day, this is worth having in your fitness gear.

This dumbbell strap is a really effective way to do hamstring curls or leg extensions at home if you don't have a hamstring machine or a leg extension machine. With the dumbbell attached to the bottom of your foot, the lever is lengthened, making the exercise way more difficult than when the same movement is done on a machine. On a machine, for hamstring curls, the pad goes against the back of your ankle. For quad extensions, the pad goes on top of your ankle. In both cases, this is a shorter lever length for the load, thus enabling you to use a heavier weight. Using this strap, I have to use significantly lighter weight.I had trouble figuring out how to set up this contraption. The instruction leaflet had very cryptic illustrations which were of no help at all. Here's how you set it up:1. Use the widest strap to wrap around the dumbbell. This strap is way longer than necessary, but maybe that is because that length of velcro is needed so that the dumbbell has no chance of falling off.2. Place your foot on top of the handle of the dumbbell, as if you were stepping on it.3. Fasten one strap over top the arch of your foot. I found it best to move my foot forward as much as possible so that the strap is as close to my ankle as I can get it.4. Fasten the other strap behind your heel. This strap does NOT go around your ankle. It goes BEHIND the ankle.Once everything is strapped in snugly, it's very securely attached, and there really isn't any play or movement in the dumbbell while doing an exercise. At home, I usually work out in my bare feet, but I recommend either wearing shoes or socks with this strap, as the edge of the velcro strap was digging into the skin on the top of my foot and it felt quite scratchy and irritating. This device should not be described as an ankle strap, as no part of it goes around your ankle. It also should not be described as an ankle weight, as you cannot walk around with this strapped to your foot. You only get one of these devices with each order, so you can only work out one leg at a time. This device is very similar in function to a more expensive device called "Monkey Feet." Monkey Feet are way more expensive but also superior in function (they use clamps and they rachet closed), but this TOPJUM device is a very effective low-cost way to achieve the same result. The TOPJUM device also takes little room to store.I'm quite pleased with this device. It provides a good way to do exercises that I otherwise would not be able to do at home.

I was using something similar to this attachment but I liked the way this looked in the pictures as it seems much more secure and comfortable. Maybe it was just me but trying to get this put together took a lot more time than I thought it would. The instructions were not much help even with the pictures. I tried putting it together and it would just not assemble correctly. Finally, I somehow put it together properly by just looking at the finished product on the seller ad and imagining the way it should look. I was excited to finish assembly as I wanted to use this for part of my leg workout last night. Now the product itself is actually excellent! This one is much more comfortable and the Velcro straps are more durable than the other type I was using before. It feels much more secure when doing hamstring curls and doing donkey kicks.I wish it came in a pair set though so I don't have to change legs each time. My suggestion is once you have it assembled is to leave it like I did in Picture #2 so that you can just slip it on your other leg and then tighten the strap as necessary.Definitely do not want to put this together again from scratch. This product is a much better version of the dumbbell attachment products with thinner straps and weaker metal loops.

A friend of mine has been going on about Monkey Feet for his home workouts, so I thought I’d try a similar product to see how it works. It’s compact and seems well constructed at a good price point. It took me a bit to figure out the straps the first time - I had the weight positioned strangely and the velcro wasn’t lining up properly - but once I sorted it out, it was easy to use. The instructions included are not hard to follow, it was user error on my part. I started with a 10 lb weight, thinking that would be easy, but I could immediately feel a burn. There’s a QR code included to scan and get exercise ideas, though I think a quick google search would provide the same. The weight was secured well on my foot and didn’t feel like it was slipping or falling, though getting into the harness the first time and standing up was awkward, but didn’t take long to get used to. I have fairly average sized 7/8 women’s feet and the straps fit me well - I’m not sure how they would fit for someone with very large or wide feet. I'm looking forward to using this on a regular basis and seeing if it can hold up to more weight as I get stronger. Overall I think this will be a versatile and easy to use tool to add to my home gym.

Little clumsy to use the first time, this comes flat packed and all strapped to itself which is fine but made for a bit of a confusing set up. I admit, I was a little stumped for a bit trying to line this up and figure out how the straps were supposed to go. Once it was ready to go, the actual use is very straightforward. You absolutely need to wear shoes to make this fit properly.I use this mostly for kick backs but the applications are pretty endless. I love that it's adjustable so I'm not the only person in my household that can use this. The velcro makes it super convenient to use with whatever weights you have and easy to switch between. The velcro is heavy duty! Ultra strong grip that won't come undone during use or until you want it to, there's no chance of this popping open during a workout, even with a heavy weight pulling on it.Would definitely recommend. Will have to get another so we have multiple in the house when we want to work out together. Great addition to our home gym.

This 2-piece denim set for ladies is just stunning! I love the blue denim color. The shade of blue is neither too dark nor to light striking the perfect balance between classy and youthful which is difficult to do. I estimate that wearing this outfit probably takes 5 years from my true age yet staying classy and sophisticated. The styling and the cut, like the blue denim color, also strike a great balance between being sophisticated yet playful which again is hard for any single one outfit to do. 100% cotton - very soft, comfortable, yet totally supportive. Size S fits a 5ft 3in 125lb female perfectly. The vest hugs my waist and really accentuates the curves, as shown in the Amazon pictures. The vest pockets are decorations only and not real. No pockets in the shorts either. Plan to carry a purse with you for stuff, since this set does not have any functional pockets. Fabric and seams seem to be of high quality and would last. I love these!

This is a really wonderful denim outfit! However, the size is incorrect. It is definitely too small to be an XL! Very disappointing, because it is well made and an outstanding article of clothing. I am dieting so I will keep it with the hopes that I can wear it. I am "big boned" as I am of Norwegian stock, so if you are like me re body structure, it may not work for you. It really is a wonderful outfit!,

The top fit perfectly and looked great, but the shorts were way too big. I love the style, but the sizing between pieces felt inconsistent. Would be amazing if sold separately!

Made well, but not a good fit the sizing is over seas sizing so an xl is more like a medium.

I recently purchased this set and overall, I love it! The quality of the fabric is fantastic—lightweight, and perfect for warm weather. The top fits just right, with a flattering silhouette that’s comfortable to wear all day. It’s versatile enough to dress up or down. However, the shorts were a bit tighter than I expected. While they still look great, I would recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit if you prefer a looser feel. Despite the shorts being a little snug, I’m really happy with the set and can’t wait to wear it with a different bottom. ;)
