I ordered the incorrect adapter. This one seemed fine, it just did not fit my model.

The ports are exactly as described. The size and weight are fine. The unit is well built and perfectly functional. My specific setup means that I really need a longer cord but that has nothing to do with the unit itself.Fine value for the money.

I have a Legion 5 Gen 7 and wanted to try another lighter-weight option besides the Lenovo C135 GaN USB-C charger I have for travel. My laptop came with a 300W charger that is a massive brick, so that charger always stays at home when I travel.Measurements:3" x 5.75" x .875" (WxLxH)11oz without cables (brick only)15.7oz with all cablesPerformance:My Legion 5 Gen 7 recognizes this as a "low wattage charger", so I was not able to pull the full 170W it advertises. The max I saw this output on my Killawatt was 140W for a brief moment, while typically it would sit around 130W under load. The Good:-Looks like a copy of the Lenovo slim 170W brick-Only gets slightly warm under load, stays cooler than my Lenovo C135 does-No buzzing/crackling/electrical sounds or burning smells-Seems to supply the wattage requested without any problemsThe Bad:-3-prong AC cord feels a little cheap. It says it's 18awg PVC sheathed, but it's not very flexible and retains bends.Summary:Seems like a great, cheap alternative to a Lenovo 170W slim charger. So far, it's reliable, doesn't get hot, and supplies the wattage my laptop asks for. I had tried another knock-off 170W Lenovo charger from Amazon previously that got dangerously hot after just a few minutes and smelled like something was burning, so I was a bit nervous to try this one, but so far I'm very pleased with the performance!

I wanted to get this for my Yoga laptop for a few reasons. First, as a spare in case my OEM adapter should ever die. Second, to always have one in my travel bag even when I'm using the laptop at home so I'm less likely to leave home without an adapter (ask me how I know it's possible to get to some faraway location without the adapter). Third, to have one of the adapters stationed semi-permanently on my desk so I'm not switching out often. This will work in all these use cases. I tested and, as expected, powers my laptop just fine. This one is higher power than my original and as such is a bit bigger and heavier - I think I'll keep this one on my desk and travel with the original. For many this will be a "Captain Obvious" moment, but in case it is helpful for some - don't worry if this supply is rated with higher current than the original, the laptop, not the supply dictates how much current will flow.Overall, I recommend for people with compatible Lenovo laptopsItem: 170W Thinkpad AC Adapter Charger for Lenovo Thinkpad Gen 6 5 4 3 2 1,P50 P51 P52 P53 P70 P71 P73 W541 W540 T15g T15p P16v P15v P15 P15g P16 P17 P1 X1,Legion Slim 5 S7 LOQ Laptop Power Adapter Cord
