I might add pictures later. I will list out the issues as below.The lid does not open fully every time, sometimes it opens fully, some times it just does not open. This happens even on new batteries. I have a multimeter to check the battery power and all the new batteries are at their best power but the lid just refuses to work everytime. It just works when it wants to.The trash can itself is small for 13 gallon, so either you change everytime it fills or push some trash down manually. This creates a problem, either I have to change bags when they are 3/4th full or I use my hands to push the trash down which then creates another problem while pulling out the bag.When pulling out the bag, it has a tendency to tear from outside and I believe it would be because of the square design and also there is some kind of bumped rim from inside which makes it difficult to remove the bag and has a tendency to tear while pulling it out.I would suggest skip it and find another product. I had bought this in November and in 2 months I am frustrated.

I looked at this product on quite a few retailer websites and ultimately purchased through Amazon because of a better price point. Love that the trash bag is fully hidden and there is an option to open it for longer periods of time. The finish is nice; more of a sleek matte black that is very easy to wipe off. The motion sensor works very well, batteries are easy to install, and it doesn't take much effort to change out the trash bag.

We had a problem with the lid going to default occasionally...no argument, no fuss...replace showed up today. Great service from Kraus!!We also bought a kitchen sink...no problems, very impressive product.

We’ve had it for 2 months now without any issues. The lid opens and closes quietly and the sensor works consistently. It fits a standard 13 gallon kitchen garbage bag well and taking the bag out is easy. I still don’t really understand if I am fitting the garbage bag on the “arms” in the way it was designed, but it seems to work just fine. It’s aesthetically pleasing too - it looks like it would cost more than it does, in my opinion.

I really had a hard time picking out which can I wanted to buy - so many to choose from! So I just wanted to say, the battery holder is tricky. I popped it out, put the 3 batteries in, replaced it, and it didn’t work. I finally got it in the right way, but the instructions weren’t much help. The holder will go in whichever way, but only one way is correct. So that wasn’t great. I am happy to report that the lid doesn’t open by just walking past it. I haven’t had an automatic one before, so I was a little concerned that it would pop open every time anyone went near it. So all in all, I’m very happy with it.

Recibí el bote el día 6 de Enero "antes de lo esperado"1. La caja del producto venía muy maltratada y con un agujero muy grande, lo que hicieron fue ponerle cinta.2. Al sacar el bote de su bolsa se ve sucio y y la parte del sensor se ve rayada.3. Coloque las baterías como marca el manual qué en total son 3 y presione el switch para encender y no funciona.4. Ya intente con muchas baterías el manual dice que debe aparecer el numero "0" cuando ya este listo para usarse y sigue sin funcionar.Lo voy a devolver

me llego abollado deberían de proteger bien los productos, muchas veces las paqueterías no tienen el cuidado adecuado con los productos. fue una lastima por que lo había agarrado a buen precio.

Me encanto! Esta muy bonito y practico, usa 3 pilas AA, llego en su caja y bien sellado, sin ningún golpe y antes de tiempo, funciona bien y luce bien!
