No Petticoat! I suppose the dress is okay for the money. The stand up collar does not stand up. Arrived with no petticoat. Very disappointed!

Authentic looking, fits true to size per sizing guide. The collar doesn't stand up as it should however still worth the purchase for the low price. The hoop skirt is flimsy and cheap too. But you get what you pay for. Needs ironed but didn't have time to do so haha.

I received so many compliments! I wore this for work so I sized up one it was perfect! The top was stretchy. The dress was a bit short, but I thought it looked darling on. I didn’t wear the petticoat underneath. I work with children and that just wasn’t functional for me, and it hit in a funny spot. I was impressed with the quality of dress. I put tights on underneath so it wasn’t see through. I also hair sprayed the bow to make it stiff and stand up. Sprayed it twice front bank and let it dry, worked great! For the price, it was great!!

This costume exceeded my expectations and my daughter loved it. The fact that it comes with a hoop skirt is amazing and really elevates the costume. One thing I wish was different—the bow headband and the white part behind the neck/hand—I would have loved it if they had bendable wire to keep them in place. Without that, they mostly flop downwards. But definitely love this costume and the fit was perfect!

So, when you order a $60 costume for your child, you pretty much expect to be disappointed: Poor-quality workmanship, inferior materials, or so forth.With this attitude in mind, I was rather stunned when I opened the package:- I used the size chart and the dress fit my SON perfectly (long story. Halloween. Yadda yadda). If the size chart fits boys well, I think it's a win- The materials used in the construction were REAL materials, rather than cheap flimsy fabric I thought would fall apart in 2 uses. This is really a dress I could let him run around in for a few days and not worry about him ruining- The petticoat is delightful. Yes, the hoop is made of plastic instead of spring steel, which is the one bit of flimsy construction I've foundAll in all:- The quality was better than I expected- The fit was better than I expected- The appearance was better than I expectedHow can you rate something like that less than 5 stars?Yeah, if it falls apart after Halloween I'll update this review, but so far I'm quite impressed, and I'd buy costumes from this company again. I like costumes that actually survive more than one Halloween.
