This pump works great. It has a good assortment of attachments which are easy to swap and lock in place. I blew up a large sofa/bed in just a few minutes. I recommend this product.

Amazing quality product, Totally recommended this pump. We have two of those pumps:One at the country house and one at home. We have had for the last 10 years, and still working like the first day!

I ordered this electric pump for blowing up an inflatable pool, pool floats, and an air mattress. Previously I was using a Coleman battery powered pump to get volume, finished off with a foot pump for pressure. I was looking for an electric pump that could do both. This came in the mail today (less than 24 hours after ordering, thank you Amazon Prime!) so I tested it on a Coleman Queen Double High Air Mattress. The pump appears to be well designed with a folding carry handle. The pump has a generous power cord (will likely use an extension cord when used in the backyard) and a short inflate tube. The tube twist locks onto the inflate or deflate nozzles on the pump. There are four universal tips for various size valves that are connected to the tube by a string. They also twist lock onto the inflate tube. I Velcro strapped the power cord and inflation tube to the carry handle for storage. As other posters have noted, the pump is about as loud as a vacuum. It's much more loud than the battery powered pump; it's also much more powerful. The Coleman Queen Double High Air Mattress went from deflated to very firm in 3 minutes 30 seconds. I'll say that again - a queen size double high air mattress took only 3 and a half minutes to fill to a very firm pressure. Well worth the investment. I also tested the pump in the deflate mode and it did well sucking out the remaining air to store the air mattress. I've only used this air pump for a few minutes and can already state that I love it - it meets all my needs in a well designed, inexpensive package.

This pump is AWESOME!!!!!!I have tried numerous pumps for my Intex River Run Tubes. Most pumps have been miserable. An Ozark Trail battery operated pumped from Wal-Mart burned up the motor before one tube was inflated....REFUND.I have a battery operated Coleman 4Dhttp://www.amazon.com/Coleman-4D-Universal-Quick-Pump/dp/B00005JD3Z/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1337718311&sr=8-4.It works well BUT I use it sparingly for fear of burning it out like the Ozark Trail Battery operated pump did. ALSO it only has one nozzle and is good for larger valves NOT smaller pinch valves....AT ALL...PERIOD.I have an Ozark Trail Hand Pump[...].It works OK...BUT...it's a hand pump and takes some sweaty effort. Nozzles also don't fit tightly into the Intex Tube valves. Since both hands are pumping I need a third hand (sorry I had mine removed at birth now) to hold the hose/nozzle into the valve. Good back up plan though.I also have a smaller hand pump- Summer Escapes Quick Set 200 High Output Hand Pump. $5 at Wal-Mart. Good back up to the back up. It whistles though....ANNOYING!OK...on to the this pump- Kwik Tek Airhead Air Pump Canister (120-Volt).This pump is AWESOME!!!!!!SPECIFICALLY with use for Intex River Run Tubes--- http://www.amazon.com/Intex-58825E-River-Run-I/dp/B000PEOMC8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1337719631&sr=8-1And Sevylor Cooler Float--- http://www.amazon.com/Sevylor-Inflatable-Cooler-Float/dp/B007DZXOLC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1337719582&sr=8-2YES this pump makes noise....it's electric....DUH! For people that say it is loud...compared to what????....compared to DEAD SILENCE....YES it is not silent. It is not loud enough to cause discomfort. It is like a drill or vaccuum cleaner comparitively. Too loud? Get a manual pump...just don't get the one that whistles. This pump has the screw on attachment that fits the Boston Valves on the Intex River Run Tube main tube area. It fills the main tube in less then 1:10- WOW! It filled the headrest part of the tube in less then 20 seconds. Including switching nozzles tube totally filled and ready to float in under 3 minutes.I have not used it yet with my power inverter in my truck. I also have not used it on any other items besides the Intex River Run Tubes and the Sevylor Cooler Float (which it filled in less then 20 seconds too).Best pump I have tried yet for that specific purpose. Happy Floating!!!!!
