I tried this dress on at a major department store looking for a mother of the groom dress, and I really liked it (except I do wish the cap sleeves were a tad bit longer). I wanted the eggplant color, which none of the usual dress sources seemed to have. I was a little leery about buying a dress like this from Amazon, and the first one from Amazon actually was sewn incorrectly in the armpit area. Having tried it in the department store, I knew how the bodice was supposed to fit and lay, so I ordered another one from Amazon in the hopes that the first one was a fluke. And the second one was just fine. Definitely has more wrinkles than the one from the store, but other than that, seems exactly as in the department store. One thing to note is that the slit is actually very high (halfway up from the knee), but the ruffles obscure that fact. I have another dress with a lower slit and no ruffles, and that one the slit shows no matter what.

I was skeptical to order online without seeing it since I had done that recently and was very disappointed. This dress is beautiful, the color is exactly as pictured and the fit it perfect. Go by the size chart, as I usually wear a size 6 but the size chart said 8 so that’s what I got and it fits like it was made for me. Love the fabric too!

What a dress!!.. I had been looking for months for a dress to wear at my son't wedding. As soon as I saw this dress I ordered it right away. It is absolutely gorgeous. It's elegant and very well made. I take size 10 petite and I fit into the size 10 petite. I still have to get it hemmed to be made shorter but that's ok. I highly recommend this dress. I can't wait to wear it.

I wore this dress to my daughter's wedding. I put it on at 12:00 pm for pictures and had no problem wearing it until after midnight. It moved with me beautifully and was very comfortable throughout. I ordered petite, but still needed to shorten it as I wore low heels. I am 5'2. I felt very much Mother of the Bride in this elegant and regal dress, and received many compliments. I highly recommend this well made lovely gown.

It’s so pretty, and very flattering, truly. It had these black vertical bones running down it. I felt sexy in this dress. But ultimately, this dress wasn’t for me, it was more body hugging (which made me feel sexy) but I also so felt self conscious about my problem areas - I’m in between sizes so if I could have bought it one size up, I 100% would have.

Llegó muy puntual, el vestido está precioso! La talla es exacta a lo que te dice en las medidas. Me encanto.
